Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration queries and/or cancellation requests should be sent to the Congress Secretariat, via e-mail (cmapseec2024@gmail.com)
In case of cancellation by the participant or any unexpected event/disaster
- The full registration fees will be refunded only until August 16, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
- 75 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until August 30, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
- 50 % of the registration fees will be refunded only until September 13, 2024 after bank transfer costs,
- No refund will be available after September 13, 2024.
Registration Fee for Participants Covers:
- Admission to all scientific sessions
- Admission to poster & exhibition area
- Congress documents and materials including name badge, bag, the Certificate of Attendance
